Drivers Age and Driver License Requirements
The minimum age for renters on economic car categories is 21 years old.
All drivers must have held their driving licence for at least 3 years otherwise young driver fee will be charged, 15,00 euro/day (VAT included)
For young drivers from 21 to 23 years old additional fee of 15,00 euro/day (VAT included) is applicable.
The maximum renters age for economic car categories is 77 years old (65+ years old must pay elder fee: 15 Euro/day(Vat included )
The maximum renters age on luxury car categories and minivan (Mercedes Vito & VW Caravelle) is 77 years old. (65+ years old must pay elder fee: 40 Euro/day(Vat included )
The minimum age for renters on luxury car categories and minivan (Mercedes Vito & VW Caravelle) is 24 years old.
A valid Driving License and A valid Passport is required. International driver licence or government translation document is required if the driver’s licence is not written in the Latin alphabet.
When collecting a car from our car rental supplier the principal driver & any additional drivers will need to provide a full driving license in their name.

Fuel Policy
All vehicles are supplied with full to full or same to same tank (fuel in the car should be On the same condition as the customer receives). The customer will be charged for the missing fuel and no refunds for the unused fuel are given Charge for Missing Fuel is 2 Euro per liter (VAT/Add fee included.
Other options & fees
Please note that charges made at the location for any extras or fees will be a subject to any applicable sales taxes &location taxes/fees.
Insurance
All Vehicles are provided with CDW (Collision damage waiver) and TP (theft protection) in and outside Turkey.
Collision damage waiver. Amount coverage of TPL is up to 250000 Euro and PAI is 50000 Euro.
These amounts are the amounts payable by the insurance company, it can change.
Full collision damage waiver and full theft waiver are included with an excess of between 375 Euro and 2500 Euro (except the rules above described in the paragraph not included in the rental. If the renter drive under the influence of drugs or alcohol you may be liable for the total costs of damage, in case of an accident. Please check the agreement before you take the rented car for exact exclusions and note that some options, we can provide you locally in order to reduce your risk. There is an opportunity to purchase full insurance (FDW) to minimize the excess to 0/day depending on a car group (VAT included):

Delivery/Collection
Delivery or/and collection on one-way rentals is always on request and availability of this service depends on the pick-up and drop of locations. Delivery/collection is always paid locally.
Out of the city limits charges will apply depending on the distance.
Airport Branches in Turkey: free of charge
Delivery and collection up to 25 km from Airport Branches 40 Euro (VAT included)
If the drop off is more than 25 km further away, we charge 0,65 Euro per km (VAT included)
Vehicle Group/Model
We are unable to guarantee a particular make, model or fuel type of car. The car shown on your voucher is for guidance only and may be substituted for an alternative, similar or upgraded car (at no extra cost) at our option. If, at time of pickup, it becomes impossible to provide your booked car as shown on your rental voucher due to breakdown or an accident, a similar or upgraded car will be provided.
Condition of Vehicle
Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as picked-up/delivered. Internal damage/s will be charged from 50,00 to 250,00 Euro (VAT included). It is clients responsibility to check the vehicle thoroughly at pick-up/collection.
Extra insurance doesn’t cover internal damages
Deposit Policy
The company will take deposit provision from credit cards between 375 Euro – 1750 Euro
Company will release deposits after 14 workdays of return date because of possible traffic fines.
This company will not accept prepaid, recharge or virtual credit cards – or any card on which the relevant characters are not raised (‘embossed’).
All card digits must be visible on the card.(Numbers,Name etc.)
Only VISA and MasterCard Credit cards are accepted.
Lost keys& Lost Documents
The Car Rental Company will charge if key(s) are lost or badly damaged 250 Euro (VAT included).
The Car Rental Company will charge if document(s) are lost (cars licence, licence plate etc.) 100 Euro (VAT included).
Fines and penalties
You are responsible for the cost of any parking fines and other penalties incurred whilst the vehicle is contracted to you. The supplier or AVC GLOBAL CA RENTAL will pass the relevant charges on to you plus any administrative expenses.
Rental Counter Identification
Valid credit card and valid driver license have to be present at the time of pick up. It is your responsibility to check that these before travel as well as to check if your driver license is valid in the country you are traveling to.
Working Hours
Normal business hours: 08:00 – 22:00
Service outside normal business hours (Out of Hour fee) is with additional fee of 20€ for rental(VAT included).
Note:
The vehicle only can be driven by the assigned driver/s. During the rental period, it is the responsibility of the renter. If a damage/fine/ 3rd party injuries etc. caused by someone who is not on the contract the responsibility is the renter. All financial payments and compensation that may arise belong to the tenant.
